Visited Dig Inn at the Prudential in Boston. I loved being able to pick my own ingredients! I got the charred chicken and veggies. Delicious!! Couldn’t even finish it. Took some home for tomorrow’s lunch. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful!

food was great....love everything roasted......the base options could be extended to include riced cauliflower or potatoes, but was a nice lunch.
