I have been to a lot of coffee shops and this one ranks among the tops. They have your usual pour over but wait they have the siphon. Which takes a little time but you get a great cup. So if you have the time I would highly recommend it. It will be a little stronger, FYI.

I was looking for a place to sit and relax for a bit and this was the perfect spot. The coffee was delicious and my lemon poppyseed muffin was great. It's very small so I'm sure seating on a busy day is difficult but either way, stop in and get some coffee.

very good coffee shop. If you are a coffe fanatic, this little coffee place will impress you. there are lots of choices in coffee and tea. there is no where to sit inside, and it's tiny, but there is a small area out front with tables to enjoy the fresh coffee. Unlike other coffee place, the lineup to be served... More

I was looking for a quick breakfast and ended up here. Even though they didn't have food other then muffins, the coffee was so amazing that my short visit was considered a success. I recommend Wired Puppy for coffee-lovers.

From a basement location on Newbury Street, with some seating on the sidewalk, Wired Puppy is good place for a coffee/tea/soda/juice break with pastry such as muffins, biscotti etc. We were pleased with the selection of teas and coffee.

Hard working and knowledgeable staff can help you decide the best brew to suit your tastes, and they will also gladly advise you on all the other treats available (packaged goods, fresh-made pastries), but it never feels like a hard sell. Once you have your order in hand, go back up the stairs to street level and enjoy a few... More

The name of this place is a little confusing. I assumed it was a dog shop when we first walked by. But after the eh coffee at our hotel the next morning I set out for a better cup. I realized this place in the basement of a rowhouse was for coffee and went in. Very small but clearly had... More

Went here because of hotel recommendation. Not disappointed and outdoor seating possibilities were a big plus. Inside is a little dark.

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
