I stayed at the hilton. So I visited Fory Dalton at the night for dinner. It's very quiet place. Steak was so so. Cheese cake was good. - but the amount was... More

After dinner before heading to our room we went here for a couple of drinks. There was just the bartender working but he kept everyone happy. He was very pleasant and kept everyone with drinks when they wanted one.

We were having issues with the breakfast at the lounge across from this restaurant and the servers here offered us to get food from the breakfast buffett. They are genuine and good people working at this restaurant.

Stopped here for drinks with colleagues after a conference. The place is nice and the service was good. The waiter we had was a pro. The drinks were well made. Also the thin crust pizza appetizer was good.

The bar is nice. The selection is decent. The service was friendly and so I'm guessing we caught them on an off night. With so many places near this hotel to enjoy a great meal....I would honestly suggest you look for them instead of eating here. This hotel has 26 floors and to walk into this hotel bar on a... More

The breakfast buffet is very nice. There are some good breakfast option, yogurt, toast, muffins, fruit, eggs etc. They will also make you a waffle, omlette or pancakes if you want.

We ate two meals at Forty Dalton. Lunch was a salad and club sandwich with great service. The dinner was a group meal. Food was good. Our waiter was not happy when we told him we wanted separate checks when we sat down and mentioned it numerous times. Would have rated Forty Dalton much higher if the waiter was not... More

Stayed at the Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel and went to the restaurant - Forty Dalton to get a bowl Clam Chowder. 1) I was told to order room service instead since there is only 1 person working during dinner time @ 6pm. 2) The soup was given to me in a takeaway bowl without a bag, no bread, no... Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
