I ordered a donut, it was very stale. Like I'm not even sure how old it was, at least a few days. The cashier didn't say a word to me. I ordered, I looked at the cash register and paid.

Sad to report, this location really made a very VERY weak cup of coffee. Black with one cream on the side was such a disappointment! So weak, it felt like I was drinking black water.

I cannot believe how many DD outlets there are in Boston + Cape Cod overall. I lost count after 30. It has overtaken McDonalds by miles. We did use them twice for breakfast rolls which were cheap & cheerful. We did not have donuts & will never have as I want to maintain my already overweight frame.

Right around the corner from our hotel. Busy in the morning. We got what we expected. And I love donuts!

It was good years ago but to find good coffee now you must find a small local coffee shop. The big chains just slop out any old hot black stuff.

One thing you cannot miss in Boston is Dunkin Donuts. There's one available every 2 minutes. We stopped by every time we needed a quick bite to eat. They even gave us our muffins for free one morning, it was probably a day old, but we appreciated the gesture.

Early morning visit - coffee not up to my DD taste buds. Bitter - not quite sure why - there were other people there before me. Personnel pleasant - not my DD coffee though.

Dunkin Donuts near Fairmont Copley Plaza was really dirty when we came. Would never more be there again.

There wasn't much atmosphere in the place. It was very basic and impersonal. The staff were quite disinterested in the customers.

What else can you say? Staff efficient but a pretty simple visit. Not much to rate. Clean enough. If I'd seen Starbucks first I'd have gone there.

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
