It was a few days before New Years, we were walking through Little Italy when the smells of the neighborhood made us hungry, so we decided to try a place for supper. It was around 6pm, which proved to be a mistake without reservations. We went into many places who all had a 45-60 min wait if you didn't have... More

Average taste, small portions and very expensive. Service was not too great either. For the price you can get much better experience in many of the India street restaurants.

I want to initially explain that I have downgraded my review because of the incredibly poor service we received. Granted, this was the opening night of SD Restaurant Week, but it was a Sunday, and we had reservations. When we arrived, we were told our table was not ready. The place was packed, but that just let us know the... More

It was the little things that made it for me...Three things in fact: the house cabernet was a PLEASANT surprise (and I heard the Malbec was even better), I even had the Argentinian beer that casually went with everything I tried. Second the chimichurri...mmm...I should have taken some home! Third we had great service...the place is small and we went... More

First visit. Celebrated birthday. We had the house wine, salads that were special with figs, cheese and orange slices, nice skirt steak, paste and two fish orders. Nice pear dessert. We have plans to return. The hostess, waitress and staff were family. Free street parking after 6pm.

This restaurant not only has terrific food it also creates an environment that is warm and cozy! It would be great for a romantic dinner for two and well as a nice dinner for a family with older kids. We ordered the signature skirt steak for two and probably could've fed 4 people on it! The portion sizes are large.... More

Stopped by to get some food and it really wasn't very good at all. I went for a prawn dish that was overly salty and overly creamy. Poor all round. Service was also very slow. Wouldn't recommend.

During a three week round trip definitely the best steak we had. Maybe you should expect this quality for the price we paid, but other restaurants took our Dollars definitely for less quality. The starters (bread with ...) were mentioned frequently and positive - we fully agree

Went ot San Diego for girls weekend and we ate here our first night. It is small and cozy and not so loud you can't carry on a conversation. Limited but tasteful wine menu. We started with empenadas and the caprese with goat cheese salad they did not disappoint.Excellent food, my steak was cooked to perfection...the sides could have been better,... More
