This spot is highly rated and the fans and environment lived up to its expectations. Servers were friendly and as efficient as possible in a hectic environment. Food and drinks from a limited menu were good and reasonable. Met our daughter who lives in the area for the Packer Bear game. Was assured by the parking attendant that there would... More

Went here with the kids, great location, food is decent, we travel enough to know good from bad. Sometimes the food can be mediocre but the service is batting cleanup. This time, sadly, no. Now maybe the server was having a bad day, meh, don't care, bring your A game. Took her forever to take a drink order then finally... More

I purchased a Restaurant.com coupon for The Beachwood to use during a weekend in San Diego. My sister had the Calamari Taco and said it was very good. I had a bleu cheese burger that was excellent. We had to spend a minimum, so we got an order of Nachos. It was huge. It was good, but no guacamole. The... More

The only good thing about this place is the sunset view and roof top. The service was terrible. We had a table for 3 hours and it was impossible to order. We had to go directly to the bar to order drinks. We had two apps that were fine but our salad took 30 mins. The bartender was eating chicken... More

Our alumni chapter recently moved their 'watch party site' in San Diego to this sports bar. It's perfect for cheering on your favorite team as there are PLENTY of TV's to look at. I've only been up to the patio once, but it had a really great view of the ocean and boulevard. Some of their menu items seem to... More

If you're between 21-30 on a Sunday, this is the place to be. After going to bars back home in Jersey and then coming here, I don't think I ever want to go to a bar back home again. Great atmosphere, awesome view, gorgeous people, a decent amount of TVs. My buddies and I just kept splitting beer towers which... More

well... lured in by a "restaurant dining certificate", found this to be far less a restaurant than an arcade/cheap beer and wings pub. honestly, nothing here screamed please dine with me, so we turned around and left. i cannot even believe that some people would put this in a category of "restaurants" worthy of having dinner in. 101 Ale house... The place is only a year old. Amazing how a place can get so dirty in a year. Great for a drink, just would not each here. Plates coming out of the kitchen looked like frozen food. Place had a dirty dish rag smell. The rooftop bar is just one big ash tray. Plenty of other great places in PB.

My wife and I swing through here after a morning walk on the beach. I gravitated to the burrito, which I ironically ate on the beach-side bar facing all of the folks still exercising. Aside from the guilt from eating in front of people grinding out runs, I have to say that this was one of the best breakfast burritos... More

Properly dressed and had been on the beach all day. Hadn't even had a drink all day - "boogie Boarding". The strange thing was that the downstairs door was locked and the doorman determined I was drunk without talking to me. He called upstairs and said not to let me in. Manager didn't know how to manage and backed up... More
