The only major problem with D Bar is the same one shared by all other establishments in Hillcrest: Limited Parking. But, once that obstacle is overcome, D Bar delivers imaginative, tasty, beautifully presented desserts and pretty tasty good food. (Drinks are a house specialty, too)...More
