This place is really good! I would definitely recommend. The breakfast burritos is really good. California burrito wall the way.

Stopped by this establishment after spending the day on a harbor tour and a tour of the USS Midway. We were looking for someplace and there was a baseball game and I was so frustrated trying to find parking that I decided to head to Sonic to get tea and figure out lunch from there. We passed this on the... More

Friendly, family owned & operated little place in unassuming strip mall yields fantastically good Mexican food. Salsas, carrots, chili rellano or wide variety of breakfast burritos all exceed expectations. Vegetarians will appreciate the lard-free approach which achieves traditional, delicious tastes. Meat eaters can rejoice in the available choices too. Walk over from the Lafayette Hotel for a delicious breakfast or... More

This unassuming Mexican place is tucked into a classic Southern California strip mall. If you don't know it's there, you may not ever find it! But it's definitely worth the stop. As a San Diego resident, my standards for Mexican food are high, and Bahia has always met them. Great salsa bar, and I recommend any of the seafood options.

This is one of those tiny little dive restaurants that makes better, more authentic food than anywhere else. There is something about the way they grill their chicken that absolutely sets it apart. I highly recommend the grilled chicken chimichanga. I couldn't justify a high rating for atmosphere - But hey, you go there for the food, not for the... More

I have to admit, the first time I tried Bahia, my friends and I were in search of hangover food. However, I have come back several times since and only have positive things to say about Bahia. My favorites are the chicken rolled tacos and grilled chicken bowl w/ black beans. Some of my friends swear by the carne asada... More

Family owned business serves some of the best Mexican food dishes without feeling bloated nor killing the wallet. This is a no frills establishment, no servers, limited seating served with a smile. No frills= great prices. This establishment was voted top in San Diego for their chile relleno burritos, where you can get one of two, the Chile Relleno burrito,... More

Really good breakfast burritos - for vegetarians try avocado, eggs, cheese and potatoes! Service is fast and friendly. Has healthier options and uses vegetable oil in cooking.
