This is the newest branch of Grand Sichuan, which started on 9th Ave. Specialities such as smoked eggplant (鱼香茄子) MaLaTang (Hotpot), fish specialities and Tea Smoked Duck are consistently good, just as in the other branches. But the ambiance here is quite poor: loud radio...More

The soup dumplings are amazing. I recommend the crab and pork. I've only ever ordered delivery, but when I walked by it looks like a decent place! The sesame chicken is also great!

We went here Sunday evening after a 20.00 cab fare expecting awesome Sichuan. We enjoy spicy foods and wanted crispy beef,Sichuan style (HIGH HEAT) and bean curd. The waiter explained that their crispy beef is more sweet and sour, which I found confusing. We were...More

I liked that there was regular "American" Chinese food but also some more traditional and "unusual" Chinese dishes. The food was good, and I thought the prices seemed quite cheap, though I was I was invited so I didn't see the tab. What I didn't...More

East Village
There’s still an independent vibe to the East Village,
which offers plenty of unique small businesses
catering to longtime New Yorkers and area college
students alike. The East Village retains a bit of the
old-time neighbourhood feel that you can still
experience today thanks to a mix of locally-owned
shops, cozy restaurants, and lively bars. The scale of
