I did not feel like having a ritzy dinner and was in the mood for Greek food, which has become hard to come by where I live in Arizona. After a day of church and a concert, I chose this place not far from my hotel and left satisfied. It is a casual sit down restaurant, with an extensive Greek... More

Last night a buddy and I had dinner at Uncle Nick's Greek Cuisine on 8th Avenue, from around 8:50 to 9:50pm. Unlike previous time that I dined there for dinner, the service was horrible. The regular wait staff was not present, and we ended up with a male waiter around 40 years old who could barely understand our English --... More

Broad ranging choice of well prepared Greek dishes, excellent quality and quite a bit better then some of the stuff that tourists get served in the homeland..

Haven't been here since I was a kid with my family - probably 30+ years. As a Greek I was a little put off that there were virtually no Greeks present running the restaurant - rather they were mostly Hispanic. To my pleasant surprise all these boys (in particular our server Edwin) were amazing and spoke Greek near fluently- very... More

We enjoyed a good meal made up of several small plates. Fun atmosphere. Many filled tables of friendly people eating and drinking wine.

I hadn't planned on eating Greek cuisine the day I wandered into Uncle Nick's Green Cuisine, but I was hungry and there was no wait here. I wondered if that wait was going to be indicative of the food quality, but at the time I didn't much care, I just wanted to be sat with a glass of cold water... More

Food was top notch. Literally the best grilled octopus I've ever had in the United States. My daughter gobbled up her pastichio and proclaimed it the best she's ever had -my little 7 year old foodie. Husband enjoyed his lamb immensely. Grilled vegetables were absolutely delicious too. This place is awesome. Filled with locals. And service was outstanding.

Great menu! This restaurant was a dining highlight of our mom/daughter weekend! The kids enjoyed the soup and kebabs & rice and the mom's enjoyed everything.

The food is great and service is fine, but a little $$$. I live in the area, and both order out and sit in. Sitting in is as expected but their delivery is often late, even when using their website. It always say 30-45min, which isn't accurate. A few times it has been in this time frame, but more often... More
