Stopped in for breakfast. Small limited menu which is good at times. Had (real) steak and eggs cooked exactly the way I asked. Yogurt fresh fruit was a little different if u like a strained thick yogurt which I do. Good coffee and nice service

The first time I ate here I chose the pre-theatre 3 course fixed price menu for 29USD. There was plenty of choice and I really enjoyed it, but as usual in the US the portions were more than I could manage to eat. Highly recommend the Tapas starters, seared salmon and new york cheesecake. The service was good and staff... More

Let me begin with the positive: nice location, great atmosphere, and potentially could be a great place to eat. But... and I hate to put a negative review. To start of, the hostess that sit people down was either under the weather or just simply mean. Waiter... was only seen twice: take an order and bring the check. Yes, never... More

Offers a pre-fixe theater menu as well as other Greek dishes. Very convenient to Hotel Edison as it is within walking distance from the hotel.

On arrival at our hotel on first night in NYC were hoping to just grab a quick local bite to eat. Came across this place and it looked really cosy plus menu looked decent. Staff were friendly, food was quick and also chose a nice glass of red wine. We ordered the squid to start and then a seafood pasta... More

Came for breakfast. Shabby, old style. Staff friendly. On a corner, plenty of windows, good lighting. Poached eggs w/ ham on an English muffin, ok, but nothing special. Coffee good. Not a place I would repeat.

Shabby chairs, worn out tables, and horrible food. I've sent food back once in my whole life- before this dining experience. If you find yourself in the situation that we were in- poor planning, short on time, and in need of dinner before a show, choose ANYTHING but this restaurant.

Dropped in for breakfast on a snowy morning. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Food was nice and came quite quickly. We were provided with plenty of coffee refills. The surroundings are relaxed and informal with a good view out onto 8th Ave to take part in the art of people watching!

Found this by chance and glad we did, We ate breakfast here most mornings. The service is good and the menu covers something for everyone for breakfast. Pancakes and fruit were wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and you do not wait long for your order. Lovely friendly staff and friendly atmosphere. Coffee was the best.

Bearing in mind this is very near touristy Times Square, this is still a nice place. We noted several locals eating here too, so that's a good sign. Service was efficient for those of us in a "theatre rush", although it could have been friendlier. Menu was nice and the food was very good. We're glad we found this place... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
