This is a little, unpretentious hole-in-the-wall of a place and you might even miss it walking down Doyers Street. So don't come for the ambience! But have a look inside -- it's packed with people enjoying their food. The handmade noodles are really delicious, as are the fried dumplings. We would definitely come again.

Very tasty food, came here twice during my trip to New York. I wish the restaurant was better looking / furniture / design. Good Wi-Fi signal too.

So, so, good. Tiny little place with huge taste! Even my wife who doesn't eat Chinese loved this place! Fun to watch the noodles being made in the kitchen to order. Highly recommended! Good value.

If not for the line outside (and the Trip Advisor reviews) you would never consider stepping inside. It is small, cramped, with zero atmosphere. If we're being perfectly honest even the cleanliness is slightly suspect. This is the definition of the proverbial hole-in-the-wall. But take a moment and you begin to realize that you may be in for a treat.... More

I visited on the recommendation of a colleague and it was amazing. The dishes are huge so make sure you're hungry.

Right around the corner from the popular tea house and Joes Shanghai, but half the wait. We had soup noodles, veggies and dumplings. Uhh May Zing. Crowded and we sat at a communal table but the gals took care of us. Just be patient and don't be that guy...

Visited this place as had heard about the hand pulled noodles being a fun thing to watch being made (and to eat!). Didn't disappoint, was busy but not stressful, the food is quick and oh so yummy.

Nice to not break the bank on a good dinner in NYC. Tasty Hand Pulled Noodles has zero ambiance. It does have great noodle soup, come here for it!

The noodles are definintely great texturally, but the food was too heavy for my taste. We did the pan fried and the beef broth noodles. In the future, if I return, I would just do the beef noodles. The beef broth is very flavorful. So would return just for that.

Thank Shannon L

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where many Chinatown residents exercise, play games, and chat the day away.
