On business trip for 24 hours in NYC, and was given this as a dinner choice. Got to say my Filet Mignon and Parmesan fries were fantastic. Service quick and swift and was getting very busy

On the suggestion of a friend who lives in the City we went to Lavo and were delighted. The scene was boisterous but fun and the service and food were very good. You can come here and have a dinner towards the back were you...More

Service was awesome, seating was cramped and the place was really busy, people bumping into the back of my chair to get past me constantly. Food was hit and miss from what I saw: starters were distinctly average and not very typical Italian, but my...More

The service was impeccable. The food was delicious. We tried various dishes, Pizza and Pasta and all was excellent. They have an extensive Wine list and a fantastic "Oreo" desert!

For what you're served, I believe this place is overpriced. The single meatball ricotta appetizer (though it was large) was $26. A glass of sangria was $18. A dish of FraDiavolo was $49. With all your NYC restaurant options, there are plenty where the food...More

My husband and I had reservation on a Saturday night. We arrived and were sat immediately. Unfortunately, the tables are tight and we asked to be seated somewhere that was not between two couples. They gave us the table next to the bathroom instead. We...More

We get Italian a lot in NYC and this is a solid but not outstanding option. Did not enjoy the Caesar salad much. The giant meatball and fried polenta apps were fantastic though and came highly recommended.

This is the place where you go for the after dinner party, don't expect much from the food, but be prepared to witness a great show from the dancers and be ready to be part of it. Would highly recommend if you're up to party!...More

Stopped in here with friends while walking around the city. Meals were pricey and mine was kind of cold. I had the truffled grilled cheese, and it could have used a few more minutes in the grill. The others were satisfied with their choices and...More

There aren't rockets for the club that I know of . I've been told by friends who frequent having dinner there doesn't help much you have to wait on line to get in. You can reserve a bottle service table for that evening by... More

What is the dress code for dinner? We're not looking forward to walking around the city in long pants during a heatwave and would like to know if we could get away with nice shorts and a dress shirt. Thanks for the help!
