Until tonight we were regulars. But on the evening of Nov 26th 2016 on this branch, the staff at the reception desk couldn't do their jobs. When we arrived, there were some empty tables (where our party of 6 could fit and we pointed it out), but they decided to put a couple (that was already there before us) in... More

This a good chain, terrific service, nice if you are on your own.I chose tortellini with beef which was tender and tasty. I got a free dish of past e fagioli (there is an Italian theme).

Such a bad experience to Olive garden's... The garlic rosemary chicken was just horrible, even the garden salad... How is that possible to miss the target with those dishes, easy to prepare and cook ??? Not italian cuisine, not french, even not mediterranean : a kind of in-between we really didn't appreciate. See my title ???

We decided to try this restaurant because we were looking for an Italian close to our hotel. Whilst the restaurant's decor and layout isn't exactly high-end the food and drink on offer were very good and reasonably priced. Our waiter was great, really friendly and made us feel welcome. The service was great with our salad and main course arriving... More

We went there fully knowing it was a chain restaurant (but we don't have them in Europe so for us it was something new). The salad dressing is amazing (we even bought bottles back home with us), the breadsticks were warm and garlicky and the pasta was great after an entire day of walking about 25km around the city! The... More

A lot of food for a good price in Manhattan. I had Alfredo pasta with steak, cheese, and spinach. Very tasty and of course the salad and breadsticks. Service was alright, waiter was good (Favian) but was overwhelmed with too many tables.

No real surprises - you know what you are getting with Olive Garden and it was exactly what we wanted as a rest from too much red meat and fries! The free salad refills we a real bonus.

This restaurant has a wide selection of Italian dishes, and I liked their spaghetti and meat balls as a main course.

Nice food as always but the place was half empty and there was no atmosphere. The waitress was nice. The air con is way too much, as is often the case in USA and we were cold, so take a sweater!

Thank Ali E

Staying in Flatiron District

Neighbourhood Profile
Flatiron District
Offering many of city’s best restaurants and shops set amid classic New York architecture, the Flatiron District is no longer under the tourist radar. At 23rd Street is the famous triangular Flatiron Building, which makes a good picture no matter what angle you photograph it from. Be sure to look up at the elegant architecture as you stroll the streets- much of this neighborhood is part of a historic district that was home to many of the city’s most famous department stores at the turn of the century. At the northern end of the neighbourhood, Madison Square Park is best known for being the home of a famous burger shack, but it can also be a quiet refuge to spend an afternoon, and it frequently hosts interesting public art exhibits. In the lower part of the Flatiron District you'll find Union Square, a bustling crossroads at all times of day and night.
