Ate here yesterday. Walked in off the street and thought it looked like a good place to get a burger. The server came over and asked if we wanted anything to drink. I asked for a vodka tonic and my wife wanted only water. We also ordered our burger at that time as well. We didn't see our server again... More

Popped in here for a quick dinner before heading out of town. Service was very quick, which is an advantage of having a limited menu. Beer choice pretty good, but expensive. Overall a good drop in for a quick meal.

Loud music, very noisy, service ok, food ok, i'd rather choose an other place to eat, there are many alternatives in the area

We like the burgers and the shakes at this busy restaurant. There is a dining room on street level and there is also lower level seating with a full bar. Service is good, it's just a super busy place.

Male wait staff with terrible attitudes hostess with an even worse one. Female wait staff is sweet but seemed to have forgotten about refilling the water glasses but she was the redeeming factor of this less than mediocre restaurant (would have been a one star without her). Burgers are all prepared well done and I am more of a medium... More

Burgers good, service quick and atmosphere is frantic but fun! Go early to beat the lunch crowd. Near Rockefeller center.

Big busy restaurant and seated straight away. Reasonable choice of burgers but one of the reasons we came here was because my husband is ceoliac and they did gluten free burgers and buns. Sides had to be ordered as extra which was a bit disappointing. Portions were good and burgers tasty. Had to wait for drinks although we were given... More

Before coming to NYC, all I read was how great Bill's was. Not true. The Burger was bland and so were the fries. Service was spotty at best. I won't be back.

This was my first time eating here. The food was delicious. The staff was okay but should never address patrons as "honey" or "dear". This is an unprofessional practice.

Food - not so much... Burgers were burnt, clam xhauder soup too thick and salty and all together it was one of the less tasty places i've been to in my current trip to NYC. Service - so so... maybe not enough staff dor this time of evening, but still ...

Description
Practice makes perfect...and burgers are no exception. The Bill’s burger evolved from countless tastings, recipes and lots of burger love. The result is a blend of three meats, smashed and cooked on a flattop griddle, served in an all-American seeded bun. It’s your reliable, made-to-order hamburger, plain and simple. While Bill’s flagship location in NYC’s Meatpacking District opened in 2009 as a small neighborhood joint, it quickly turned heads across the city and was followed by a 400-seat space at Rockefeller Center, the biggest standalone burger joint in the country, and a location ‘down the shore’ at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City. Regardless of size or stature, every burger served is made fresh daily. Grab a seat at the bar and select from a long list of craft brews. Bill’s has got some sweet treats, too, from hand-dipped milkshakes to decadent cupcakes.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
