Had an OK breakfast here. I had the pancakes with bananas and blueberry compote. They came with real maple syrup. I enjoyed them. My wife had the western omelette, it was good but they forgot the cheese she wanted.

One word: great! We came in on a Sunday for Super Bowl and dinner. Our servant Gavin gave us the best service and recommendations for food and drinks. He stopped by frequently to check in on us, and everything tasted 😊

I had a business lunch there. The location and atmosphere are good. Service was attentive and helpful. My companion ordered the Master burger and I had the classic. His looked better, but he did not eat it all. Mine, was mediocre. It was small, and...More

We Are: Burger Obsessed. Burger Addicted. Burger Masters. A tavern-chic, NYC burger institution. Floor to ceilings windows, exposed brick, dark woods & Edison bulbs create an a rustic-friendly ambiance. Our burger bible AKA menu, has over 15 different burgers all ground in-house daily. The Flambéed & Steakhouse Burgers have burger cults flipping into a frenzy. However, we came to understand that life does exist beyond the burger, so we also mastered: The Frickle, Lollipop Wings, Buttermilk Chicken, Larceny Laced Ribs, Salads, Fries, Homemade Dips & Juicy Steaks. With an energetic bar scene, Rare also offers a seasonal cocktail menu & an extensive wines & beer list. So, if you are looking for some NYC fun with good music, friendly service & quality food to write home about... come on in for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner & Late Night! P.S. Our rooftop bar, Rare View, is open from May to October. There is nothing like drinking cocktails on top of NYC!
