While the food was okay the shop was dirty and neglected. It all seemed like there was a lack of care.

I was here on a Saturday morning at about 7:30. There were only a few people inside. The service was extremely fast and friendly. Coffee and bagel sandwich were as to be expected at DD.
This location needs to work on freshness. While touring NYC, we stopped in it grab a snack to take back to the hotel, instead of eating dinner out. Out of the eight items ordered, we received six. Out of the six we the received, four were stale... The other two were REALLY stale - so stale they were thrown away.... More
I bought my son a donut on the subway which he really liked, so he bought 6 more. He loved them while he was eating them and was a little sorry for himself the next day. Very funny. I got a mint smoothie which was very nice.
It has what you would expect - doughnuts, coffee, breakfast in general. Very nice, average place to get a nice whopper of a breakfast before a super long walk. Turkey sausage was good though.
