After seeing a review of Il Buco on TV we really wanted to go because it looked great! We were not disappointed! The space is small and the decor is rustic Italian and very comfortable. The service is warm and friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable about the food and wine. We went for lunch and started with a... More

I just don't know what to say. This place is pure awesomeness. It all happened by "accident". A friend of mine wanted to meet for dinner and I told him I'd be down on Bond Street so he did a yelp search and came up with il Buco. And I decided to check it out to learn that it was... More

Dined there with a party of 8. Someone else selected the restaurant based on reviews. Had a table in the back that faced the kitchen. Not ideal. In my opinion not a typical Italian restaurant so if that's what you are looking for, I'd search some more. More Mediterranean style. Staff was very attentive though. Best thing I ate was... More

This place is absolutely excellent. There pasta is to die for. Be aware that the food/drinks are very expensive and the portions are small. But it's definitely worth it. Plus, there was no wait.

I went with my friends/coworkers for a holiday lunch and had the best time! The food is delicious - the burratta is like none I have ever had in my life. The atmosphere is quaint - you feel like you are in a farm house kitchen. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. I cannot wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I came here for a tête-à-tête and had a lovely night. The food was very good but having dined at The Buco Alimentari a week before we have found the menu there a lot more interesting and traditional Italian. Here expect an American fusion of Italian cuisine but still a very refined one. The atmosphere is the... More

We had dinner here it is a charming restaurant with a rustic almost ski chalet feel about it. The service was very attentive and the food really good we shared a number of appetisers between us all of which were very good and the fresh pasta was excellent. The wines are expensive but a very comprehensive list. Definitely worth a... More

Went for a late dinner. The food was high end traditional Italian one. Enjoyed the appetizers and pasta. Nice setting

Came here for my birthday with our friends who we were staying with in NY. They had booked for 6.30pm the only time available even given a couple of weeks notice. It looked ok but we were given a large round table somewhat in the way. My chair was knocked into a couple of times and someone warned me that... More

We [ party of 4] stumbled across this restaurant after shopping in the area. It looked quaint, & we were in the mood for Italian. It was a lovely leisurely lunch. We started with their home made bread, delicious. Then, venison carpaccio - excellent . Kale salad, arctic char, bone marrow, pastas..... We enjoyed a couple bottles of wine, & then... More
