Had a long wait but it was worth it. The place was packed and lively- great service and a wonderful menu- they have so many homemade specialties - liked the ambience and mood of the place, even though they were very busy on a Saturday we didn't feel rushed- server was very friendly

What a great place! My sister-in-law recommended Bubby’s in TriBeCa and I made a reservation in advance. I went for some vegetarian chili as an appetizer and my main dish was mac n' cheese along with a buttermilk biscuit. Be sure to save some room for dessert. The sour cherry pie was excellent with the perfect combination of tart and... More

Quickly seated, the service was excellent (I think the waitress was surprised we wanted to talk to her). Most important was that we got into a great discussion about their menu and took some great recommendations. I was barely able to finish, so don't go crazy on the sides if you're not used to american portions

This it a typical American breakfast cozy and relaxed diner with great food. We had apple smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, american pancakes with blue berries and we loved it so much we went back two days after and had the same menue and also bought the recepie book :) Just say - try it!

So good friends said this was a place to go! So we went, and here is an honest review. The menu is written badly, so question the eating staff to find out exactly what you get! As a breakfast dish we ordered was listed as 'bacon, sausage' and when arrived it had no sausage to be told it's either or... More

Stumbled across this restaurant and went for brunch. Firstly, the menu is amazing. I went for the Mexican breakfast and my partner went for the smoked salmon bagel. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Overall a great place to visit to start off your day in NYC.

Perfect offering of hearty southern dishes ala NYC. Fried chicken, biscuits, coleslaw, blueberry pancakes, homemade apple pie in the heart of Manhattan. Lots of young families enjoyed brunch on snowy Saturday in January.

Recommended to us by our Concierge and was an absolute spot in recommendation. A perfect spot for a scrumptious breakfast. The staff were welcoming and the food even more so. We ended up ordering four different breakfasts and sharing them between the four of us. The fact the Bubbys have not slipped into the pretentiousness of being a coffee bar,... More

Went for brunch here with my gf. She had the griddle special while I went for the fried chicken biscuit with fries. The girl really enjoyed the soft and butter scrambled eggs. I loved my fries! Truly amazing. However the fried chicken biscuit was only average.

Thank Anmhol

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighbourhood Profile
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighbourhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighbourhood home.
