Ok, the place is cute. Decoration-wise it's original and different from other places. But the line and the waiting time are ridiculously unjustified. Service was friendly and they did take note of our order rather quick, however it took over 45 minutes to deliver a...More

My wife and I visited Serendipity 3 on a Wednesday, at about 11:30 a.m,. to avoid the weekend crowds. When we stepped inside, I was shocked how tiny the actual restaurant was. There is a short extremely narrow vestibule with a podium where an employee...More

Coming to New York, part of my must-do list is a visit to Serendipity 3. When I arrived, there was a long queue outside. I just talked to the waitress and told her I was alone so luckily I got seated immediately on the second...More

Book before you go as the wait times are quite lengthy if you don't have a reservation. The waiter we had was helpful in making menu suggestions (in his opinion there were a couple of overpriced options). The atmosphere is energetic and lively. Their Frrrozen...More

Got the caramel frozen hot chocolate. Was really just like chocolate milk with a load of cream on top. Very big.10 minute wait. Service was good. Probably many better places for dessert in the city. Liked the restaurant style

Very mediocre experience. We went there to see where the movie was filmed, and because I had fond memories of going there when I was younger. It seems tired. The frozen hot chocolate still delivered, but the rest of the fare was just OK. The...More

Every time in NYC we make an effort to get here for dessert. It is such a unique place and the desserts are so terrific. We actually went here following a long day in Central Park. Be prepared for a bit of a wait. They...More

I know this place is expensive which is not a problem when the food is good, but in our case it was not. We ordered a banana split which was over 16.00. It was very small and it had more whip cream than ice cream....More
