This is a very small spot whose exterior belies the delights that await inside. From the old tin ceilings to the absolutely gorgeous wood bar to the tile floor, this place is a throwback in a good way. We started with an order of the...More

Recommended by staff at our hotel. Easy 6 block walk from Ground Zero. My braised veal was tasty but lacked subtlety of better examples. Risotto heavy and very tomato sauced.

A lovely italian restaurant that made us feel very special dining there. The food was wonderful and tasy, service attentive and wine flowed! A great experience.

I visited the restaurant for the first time this week and it was a terrible experience. We were a total of eight friends so when I order the wine I asked to make sure they had enough bottles. After the first round I order the...More

I've never had a bad meal here. The service is excellent and the food is very good. If you like Italian and you want some old school charm, this is the place for you.

What is the dress code? Is a suit for a man acceptable or is the restaurant more casual than that?

You do not need to wear a suit. Most people were dressed nice - business casual is very acceptable. I think I saw some people in jeans.
