We went last night for our final night in NY and had a wonderful night! We were drawn in with the amazing pipe collection lining the roofs and seated promptly after arrival. As a group of 4, we had the chateaubriand and the prime rib...More

I would definitely recommend this place; the decor is fab as is the atmosphere! The ceiling is covered in pipes and I found out the place is an ex smoking house. The tables are very close together though, especially if you’re a table for 2!...More

We had a great lunch at this great place which was recommended to us through some US friends. The ambience is really nice and the staff is very professional and great to deal with. Food was very good and the meat is cooked as requested.

My wife and I tried the restaurant and really enjoyed it. The steak was as good as you can find and sides of creamed spinach, done well and not too heavy an we’re the sautéed mushrooms. Wine pairing was easy and the steak cooked perfectly....More

I’m not a big fan of steak. But my friend took me here and I was very happy that I was able to try steak here. The service was good and the atmosphere was quite peaceful. Stake was also tasty.

2 words Mutton Chop. I'm not a big eater, but it was so delicious I finished the entire plate. The history, decor, food, wine and service are exactly what you would expect from a NYC institution. Make reservations well in advance!

Keens steakhouse is our favorite restaurant in NYC and each visit to the city we book a table. The atmosphere is amazing, the service super and the steaks to die for. We always order the fillet mignon which is insanely tender and great size too.

Get the porterhouse or mutton chop. Both to die for. Went with a group of 13 here for a business dinner. They miscalculated tables and squeezed us around a table designed for 8. Manager was unapologetic. Will give this place another chance though - food...More

Keens Steakhouse, a classic New York chophouse, was already famous for its steaks and chops at the turn of the century. Founded in 1885, Keens has 90,000 clay pipes that line the ceilings – pipes once smoked by customers after dinner. Today Keens legendary mutton chops and dry aged prime steaks are still without equal in the city.
