We stopped by for lunch. The staff was nice. It was difficult to understand the menu but the waitress tried to help. A little more information would have been nice. I enjoyed my food but some in our party not as impressed.

This is a very busy restaurant - the difficulty for us was that this was our first experience of Korean food and there was little explanation on the menu as to what the dishes consisted of - we were at a loss what to choose as the menu didn't really explain - and the waiters seemed too busy to ask.... We ordered 2 x bulgogo - korean barbeque. It was absolutely terrible. Part of the meat tasted old and other parts tasted like liver. The general taste of the meat and the sauce had nothing to do with korean bulgogi. Trust me - I have eaten this exact dish around the world incl in Korea. This was a insult to... More

The restaurant was busy , we took this as a positive and went in with high hopes. The four of us ordered a starter and four stone bowls of various mixes , prawn, pork & chicken. The food was bland and uninteresting ,even when we added soy , chilli and seasoning the dish could not be resuscitated to anything near... More

Thought we'd try a Korean restaurant having never eaten in 1 before, so tried here as it was the busiest on the street. 30 minute wait so being Scottish, went for a drink. On returning we looked at the menu not knowing what to order. With the help of the waitress, we ordered some very tasty Asian food.

The atmosphere is very authentic and the food is home style Korean fare. Their kimchi is very good especially in dumplings. The bimambap was a little bland but the bulgogi was well seasoned. Overall a very cool experience

We were told the wait was 15 minutes for a table for 2. After only 10 minutes we were seated. The restaurant was packed and the service was a little slow, but the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable for midtown. I would definitely come back.

I'm no connoisseur of Korean food but I think it would be hard to beat this place for the food. The homemade tofu is excellent but so is the quality of all other ingredients as well as the seasoning. Their short rib stew with rice cake is just yummy and the meat practically falls apart with the touch of a... More

The Hubby and I arrived in NYC on a cold January night and had our first dinner at this place. It positively warmed us-- inside and out! Delicious food, great service-- one of the most authentic Korean food experiences we've ever had. The side dishes were unique-- more vegetables than we've had elsewhere, which is always a bonus for us.... More

We just love this Korean restaurant. Delicious food and a nice Korean atmosphere in this small restaurant. Nice prices too!
