Always eat Empire Pizza when I have the time. These guys blend Flavors and sauces. The variety is a 20 window, of pies, so go hungry and enjoy.

Our hotel was just around the corner from Empire Pizza so after a hard day of sightseeing where better to grab a slice of real NY pizza. The slices are big, the choice of toppings plentiful and add in a crispy base and you have a winning combination. We had a few late night slices here and I would totally... More

Went here to get a few slices for lunch. Was told regular slices are 2.50 each. Was charged 8.30 for 3 slices. Guy said extra charge was for tax. Next customer ordered a mushroom slice and was charged 3.50 and no tax. When I questioned, the guy said that the customer worked next door. Then he said that I paid... More

Before heading back to Syracuse we stopped in here for a slice or two. Very good, nice thin crust, good selection. Just a few doors down from the Empire State Building.

After touring the Empire State Building, what better place of have pizza? I stumbled into Empire Pizza and ordered a slice of pepperoni and a slice of mushroom pizza. The man put those slices into the large oven for a few minutes. they came out hot, melted and super crispy. Two slices took up a entire pizza box! the size... More

I was raised in South Florida where I was first introduced to the classic New York Pizza and when I took the first bite of my pizza I was so excited to be able to enjoy the pizza I love so much. Its a mom and pop type pizza place and we loved it.

Never had an NY Slice before and this was going to be the first of a few on our short trip, but my goodness it was by far the best. Definitely worth a wee visit!

Amazing pizza and friendly staff make this place a must when visiting NYC! The pizza was hot and fresh, perfect for a late night snack. Had the Buffalo chicken and chicken parm. I will definitely be back!

This place has feel of the way a New York style restaurant is!!! The smell when you walk in sells you! Pizza sold by slices. Garlic knots are awesome and soaked in butter and garlic. 2 slices, an order of knots and bottle water cost under 8 dollars with tax. Next time in New York I will be back.

Thank criticblock

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
