Having walked to Battery Point to catch the Cruise to Ellis Island I was in need of Coffee! I don't usually buy Starbucks in England because they don't pay their taxes. But I as in sore need of refreshment and half decent cup of coffee. I found the staff helpful, polite and very pleasant. The location could have been a... More

This Starbucks is situated close to Battery Park which is the place where tourists go to catch the ferry over to Liberty Island. The day we visited the park we could not find any toilets open so instead went to get a coffee from Starbucks and use the restrooms. It certainly looks like this is the idea of a lot... More

I was shocked and appalled at the disgusting state of the restroom. There was soiled tissues around the toilet and a strong smell of urine and other matter I spoke to one of the staff about this and they showed complete disinterest. While I was at Starbucks they did nothing to rectify the situation If this is the staff attitude... More

We could not start the day without Starbucks coffee. I drink decaf due to health reasons. This place was so convenient to the Museum of American Indian so we stopped on our way to the museum. Service was not friendly. We were told that they did not have decaf coffee which was unheard of. My husband suggested that they just... More

Great place and good service. The breakfast sandwiches were awesome and a snack croissont or cream cheese danish hit the spot.

Starbucks coffee is always a good choice. During the summer, a Frappuchino is a must! Caramel macciato is always a good choice.

Depending on where you are in the city depends on the cleanliness of the coffee shops which do not seem to have the same amount of seating facilities as I am used to. There were also people taking up seats in the cafe's who were not consuming any food or beverages which is out of order when you are looking... More

We ordered 3 black tea lemonades and had them in less than 2 minutes. Were very impressed!! Cool atmosphere to the Starbucks. Loved it. Would definitely go back again.
