Sought out the Ferrara bakery to enjoy a hot cup of coffee and was convinced to try a cannoli on a cold rainy day. It was delicious and better than expected. I wish everyone knew how to make cannoli this good. Actually, I didn't even know I liked cannoli until I had a real one at Ferrara. There are options... More

We went here to pick up dessert after we had dinner at Buddha Bodai in Chinatown. We got cannolis, an eclair, and a piece of chocolate cheesecake. The chocolate cheesecake was good, but could've been better. But the eclair and the cannolis were AMAZING. That was probably the best cannoli I've ever had. The shell was delicious - I usually... We stopped by at Ferrara. It's a very busy place but we can see why! Cappuccinos and Italian pastries are great here. Not like in Italy, but a close second. Would recommend it.

Easy place to get traditional Cannolis which seem to be always in stock. All you do is enter to the left for take out, place your order.. As filled pay for the order

We were only able to get dessert, which was incredible, when we were looking for late lunch. We had tiramisu, cannoli and a napoleon and were impressed by all. My son swears tiramisu was best he has ever had in his life. Cannoli was perfection. Napoleon was delicious as well. A must eat in Little Italy!!

We went downtown to have lunch and shop. Stopped in to ferrara's to bring home pastries that were so fresh and delicious and amazing. We also tried the gelato which was so creamy and good size portion . If you are looking for good Italian pasteries just go there - been around the longest and it's very clean and they... More

Save room at dinner so you can stop at Ferrara for your dessert. Fabulous italian pastries & cakes & cookies & gelatto. Always jammed, but make the wait...you won't be disappointed!

This was my first time tasting a cannoli. And they blew my mind. The filling was light, flavored and went soo well with the cannoli shell. I loved this dessert. Must try. Small cannoli for 1.75$ each and I think the large one is for 5$ each.

My daughter and I had dinner in Little Italy and some other diners told us to skip dessert at the restaurant and head to Ferraras! So glad they did!! Had the best Cannoli I have ever had and the coffee was excellent! The bakery was decorated for Christmas and the employees were very welcoming and attentive. The showcase was full... More

Staying in Little Italy

Neighbourhood Profile
Little Italy
While Little Italy is one of the city's smallest neighbourhoods, its streets are packed with visitors from around the globe, especially on summer weekends when the streets are closed to traffic. Stroll up Mulberry Street, the heart of Little Italy, for a dense mix of Italian restaurants with sidewalk tables, cafes, and old-school food shops. Don’t be surprised when the hosts beckon you to pay them a visit. Stop in for a coffee and a cannoli, or grab a streetside table to take in the scenery over a hearty Italian meal.
