We went to Nha Trang Centre for lunch twice while visiting New York. The pho was outstanding!! the broth was wonderful, absent of msg since my wife is very sensitive to it. We also did not feel thirsty afterwards. The portion was huge and filled with beef. The grilled pork was also very good. We also ordered the frog legs... More

Went here by recommendation from a friend being prepared to pay more for a lunch since it is in Chinatown. But it is very reasonably priced and the food is great! The decor leaves one or two things to upgrade but the place is clean and the staff friendly.

Favorite is Pho Satay... peanut sauce soup w/ a tiny bit spiciness balances out the broth. It was sooo good I didn't want to finish eating it!!

I ate at this restaurant last week and I can't wait to get back to it. The salmon cooked in a pot of broth and vegetables, and served with a side of pickled cabbage and carrots was amazing. Not sure what was in the broth, but it was scrumptious. Every one at my table, we were 6, enjoyed whatever they... More

Quiet, but nice place in the center of Chinatown. Delicious Pho, perfect Bun, i wished I could have eaten all meals from the menu.

For the price, this food can't be beat. Not a fancy joint, but the food is good. Can get a little busy at lunch. A great value for the money.

I live in NYC but hadn't been to this restaurant before. Since I happened to be serving jury duty down the street, when we had a lunch break for an hour, I decided to walk a few blocks north to try NHA Trang Centre out, since I was craving some noodle soup. The restaurant is a no-frills decor kind of... More

In the heart of Chinatown, my daughter and I stopped into this busy restaurant for lunch and just made it before the lunch rush when the lines began to form outside. It is not a frilly place and the bathroom leaves a little to be desired, but the food was very good. They had a variety of "bowls" with choice... More

The tea was the best...was craving Chicken Pho but was disappointed, same with spring rolls and BBQ beef dish. It was a Sunday...maybe the regular cooks were home.

My friends and I have been coming here for over a decade now. There is nothing like a big bowl of pho in the winter. The food here is authentic and everything on the menu is very reasonably priced. And unlike many hole-in-the-wall restaurants in this area, this place is pretty spacious so it won't make you feel claustrauphobic.

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where many Chinatown residents exercise, play games, and chat the day away.
