We were in the upstairs bar. Enjoyed it. Bar staff v friendly and made good drinks. Snacks provided were also tasty and comparatively healthy to boot. Would certainly consider going back.

East Pole, while noisy, has a greta upbeat vibe. The staff i knowledgeable and fairly attentive. The food choices are varied, I especially like their Chicken Kiev, Grilled Cheese With Pickles and Chocolate Bread Pudding.

We had lunch here on Easter Sunday. Sat by the barcounter. Lots of local people and a good ambiance. Also very good food - banana bread with apple butter, Maine lobster sandwich and goat cheese cheese cake. All very good and a very good barkeeper.
