Staying directly opposite Smith's Bar so as a Smith I had to give it a try. Was very busy, good range of beers, tireless waitress (who kept on smiling despite rushing around). Decided to order Nachos and a burger, not exceptional but very decent. Couldn't even count the sports we could watch while there but was at least Tennis, 2... More

Stopped in for a drink before going to Drunk Shakespeare (don't judge). It took forever to get a drink, while standing at the bar which was full but not crowded. It wasn't as if the bartender was busy going from person to person, it was sort of inexplicable.

We went in for burgers and beer and weren't disappointed. The burgers were very tasty and huge, and not as expensive as the ones in the restaurants nearer Time Square. Imported drinks were quite expensive though (as expected). Good friendly service and food arrived quickly.

We had Pilsner Urquel and red wine. This Czeck beer is one of the best in the world. The house red wine was good. Prices as can be expected around Times Square

Went here twice whilst we was in NYC. Buffalo wings, pizza burger and the buffalo burger are all amazing! Good drinks and good price, definitely worth going. Service is great too they can't do enough for you.

Looked like a fun place for a drink, walked in found a seat, waited for at least 5 min, after no one showed up to take order, just left.

Good drinks, good wings, friendly service. Had drinks here twice this past week since it was down the block from my hotel. Good bar menu (only tried the wings).

We had a little time before seeing The Front Page at the Broadhurst Theater and happened into Smith's Hell's Kitchen Bar. We had to go since it matched our last name! We grabbed a seat at the end of the bar and ordered Lagunitas at $6 a pop. The price seemed like a deal for NYC, especially since we've been... More

Fantastic place for food and also drinks. We stayed at the ROW NYC across the road. The Smiths do drinks offers mon-fri. And the food is really good and reasonably priced as New York is very expensive. We will be coming back Thanks

We were starving and did not want to wait at any of our preferred restaurants in Times Square, so we went into Smiths and were seated immediately even though it was on a crowded Saturday night. The food was good, and the service very good. The prices were reasonable, and we had a decent dinner. Definitely not a destination restaurant,... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
