The website was making a big thing of the mac and cheese but when we reached the shop none was available! Such a shame as it would have hit the spot on a cold night. The staff were apologetic and suggested alternatives, pity the company can't get things together and supply what they advertise. Shop was clean, staff are friendly,... More

Food really great at this Potbelly restaurant, my sandwich bread was fresh and philly beef filling was amazing (beef very tender and tasty) and my partner's salad lush and freshly prepared. Staff were very polite and friendly and seemed to enjoy working there.

High quality with reasonable prices. I had a meatball sandwich and the meatballs were good, not the usual "industrial taste."

Just what we needed on a cold day! They also do shakes, other hot food and baguettes/sandwiches. We went to the one inside the Rockefella Centre.

Been to these places here and elsewhere and quality is consistent. Wished we could have had an italian beef, like found in Chicago.Toasted sandwiches were still excellent. Nice to have some tables outside to enjoy the fresh air.

Great place to go to grab a quick bite. Other places were jam packed with 30-60 minute waits. My sister (from Manhattan) took us to Pot Bellys. The sandwiches were great and heated. Good operation. The line moved fast. Overall good value.

The staff were slack and spent all of their time chatting. It took them 20 minutes to get me a milkshake after they had to ask me twice what I had asked for!

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
