HB brews their own beers and offer a full bar. I had the Rumple Stumpkin ( a mix of their porter, pumpkin seasonal and a dark rum. Good atmosphere for casual eats and drinks.

We picked this restaurant because of its proximity to the Sondheim theater where we were seeing a show afterward, and because we figured we could keep up with a football game too. We had a reservation, which got us in right away, instead of having to wait 20 minutes. Service was just the right speed, not rushed or slow. Salads... More

I have been here 4 times now. Great beer, bar and food. Today we had the amazing Chicken wings and Onion Rings. Yum. Fair pricing and great atmosphere. I must add that our waiter Luciano was extremely kind and extremely HANDSOME. Thank you!!

We got quick friendly service before a curtain time nearby. Appetizers. We're good. Nice brewer venue off Broadway. Serious bar scene. Seems well run.

The beer from this NYC brewing company is good and a decent price for craft beer. The food, however, had very small portion sizes for the price. I ordered fish tacos that left me unsatisfied. The lighting and atmosphere were also sub-par for New York City dinning standards. I wouldn’t go back.

I am not sure what to expect from a NYC Brewery, but the food was not good. I had the giant pretzel, the chicken fingers, and the onion rings. The unsweetened ice tea was not drinkable. We were in a large party and no one though their meal was great.

This our third time coming to the Heartland Brewery. I'm not sure why we keep giving it another chance, but we do…fried pickles I guess. The service has been slow, inattentive and rude each time. We actually waited over 30 minutes to get our order of fried pickles…it was 1:30 in the afternoon and slow!! The time before they messed... More

We stooped in for drinks and this place was crowded! They have a great selection of beers with terrific bar service. Looking forward to returning for dinner.

Description
One of the few casual chophouses in the Times Square area, this Heartland Brewery combines the rich character of a steakhouse from yesteryear with a modern restaurant sensibility. In addition to a beer-friendly menu specializing in Black Angus beef, you'll find a museum quality collection of pre-Prohibition beer artifacts, including back-bar sculptures, trays, and photographs. Three spacious private dining rooms, all of which have their own separate bars, are available for parties.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
