My mocha was definitely worth the wait! Delicious chocolatey goodness without being too sweet. It satisfied my coffee craving. Bonuses: they accept charge cards and have lots of counter seating.

Having already enjoyed the two outlets In the New York Public Library sites, we already knew the quality of the breads and sandwich lunches so were more than happy to eat at the branch in the Chelsea Market. Great atmosphere and good coffee. Seating is limited to high stools, but shortage of space gives little option. It was good to... More

Went to the mid town store around Sunday at 9a. Short line outside the store. Staff couldn't get their act together whether rear seating area was open or not. Pastries were good, nothing special. Just like the bread. We ate it but didn't go Wow! If you need a breakfast, okay but nothing to go out of your way.

Having been to this location and the one in Hell's Kitchen I find good consistency between the products. Nice bread and a solid choice. Their sandwiches are OK but nothing to rave about. Having relocated we take an extra carry-on bag to take home all the treats like bread, bagels, etc.Took home a Challah which is impossible to find in... More

I buy bread from Amy since 1998, the quality and freshness is unique, currently the variety decreased, and spaces were reduced to eat in place, coffees and teas are highly recommended, bread remains excellent hopefully again produce new breads

The bread here is awesome! Tasty and light. Wonderful crust. We also purchased a twist which was supposed to have pistachio filling. Filling was virtually non-existent. The pastry part was ok - croissant like. Definitely go for the bread!

Really nice bakery, Coming here for the cupcakes makes it really worthwhile. However, the bakery is a little out of the way for me. So I only come here once in a while when I'm downtown.
