This is a very popular restaurant and is very busy all the time. The tables are quite close together and spoilt the experience for me. Good service and good food & well priced.

My husband and I chose this location because it was closest to our hotel. We had been out all day walking and wanted appetizers. We entered to be seated and were told that there was a 20 minute wait. There was no one in the TGI Fridays. I am pretty sure the waitstaff was sitting down chit chatting. When the... More

We tried this restaurant again after having a bad experience previously. We thought that a new larger location would have seen improved food and service. Unfortunately not the case. We had to send back the chicken as it was undercooked. The only time our waiter spoke to us after taking our order was when he brought the bill and pointed... More

Lovely staff, probably because they work on tips, yet lovely and smiley. Very poor choice of vegetarian food, nice choice for meat eaters. The food is generally very greasy (including the salads) but the portions are rather large! The beer is incredibly expensive (7.20$ excluding tax for a 33cl bottle of Budweiser!) Will not go back..

A 5 minute wait to be seated. 2 tables behind us complaining 2 the managers and being told not to order the budweiser because it's cloudy and not good. Settled for the Coors and equally was undrinkable Ordered the sharer to start and arrived after 40 minutes along with our main courses. We explained we wanted the dish to start... More

We decided to eat here as we were staying in the new yorker hotel. We arrived in the door and the waitress asked us to follow her up to the restaurant, with that she disappeared out the back leaving us stood like lemons so we just decided on a table ourselves! After sat waiting for a while we finally got offered... This is a food chain group, the food is greasy and cold. Most pre made and frozen. The service is not good they spend more time standing around talking.

The atmosphere was a real let down, the staff weren't very friendly so it just didn't feel like a TGI Fridays. My husband had steak which was fine, however I had ribs that were so tough I though I was going to pull my teeth out eating them! Whenever I've had ribs they've always been so tender the meat has... We ate in one of these restaurants before the theatre and they made sure our food arrived in time for us to get to the show on time . Great food, great service.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
