I went there with my family (6 people total). The duck is simply amazing, you must order it. The service was good also, even though they lack a bit of english, but in general the experience was awesome.

The Peking Duck is what you come here for. Probably the best Peking Duck in NYC. However, the atmosphere has a dirty feel, is not well lit, is crowded and the wait staff not pleasant. Best to do takeout if they allow it.

The duck was average, the two other courses were even worse... The staff were not hospitable and even rude..not worth the money they charge!

I was there with my wife while visiting NYC walking back from the ground zero memorial site. We were hungry and we looked up and found a table late afternoon. We were not sure about the duck but the waiter with only few words of English told us we can not have half duck in stead of arguing with him... More

The food is really well prepared with top notch ingredients. I have dined here 4 times and tried multiple dishes--all great. Peking Duck is sublime. The service is good although a bit perfunctory. Interior is pleasant with white table clothes.

Firstly the service wasn't fantastic, but we weren't expecting typical great American service because we'd read the reviews. The food was maybe too authentic for our liking - when we order chicken we like to see pieces of white chicken that's clearly chicken and clearly breast!! This wasn't like that, and although It tasted okay I struggled to eat it... More

Everything was SO delicious. We shared the fried pork dumplings for an app; my partner had the Ma-La chicken and I had the pan fried noodles. We couldn't stuff it into our mouths fast enough! A definite "go back to" place for us.

Went on a walking tour of Little Italy and Chinatown and this place was highly recommended by the tour guide and she was spot on. The seafood was very good as was the hot and sour soup.

We got there early, took a while to have our order taken. Beef stick and dumpling appetizers came out pretty quickly and were good. Next Peking duck. A little disappointed, good sized duck but not as crispy as I'd prefer. Let to of skin without meat was cut. Follow up entres we're ok with the whole flounder being pretty tasty... More

We hadn't been here in years. Christmas Eve dinner was special. We were able to make a reservation because we got the special dinner. Luckily we did that because we got right in and didn't have to wait on the very long line. A lot of food for the money. We did't even eat the 2nd entree. Our room had... More

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where many Chinatown residents exercise, play games, and chat the day away.
