We found this absolutely delicious italian restaurant on Yelp. Based on reviews, we waited the 2 hr wait. Arrived 30 minutes earlier than our said time and were seated immediately. The plates are family style dinning. We ordered their Caesar salad which is prepared at table side--amazing! so delicious! our family ordered chicken alfredo-best, silky, creamy sauce ever tasted. We... More

Location was recommended by an friend, and all the reviews we read were great. The entrees serve no less than 2 people. The dinner we had was veal parmesan. Unfortunately, the meat was dry. My spouse enjoyed, but I'm not big on veal in the first place, so we did not complain. The appetizer and desert were both excellent, and... More

I love the family style portions here. We arrived 30 mins. early for our reservation and were seated immediately, which I appreciated. We had chicken parm and cheese ravioli. Definitely enough for a family of four. Lovely atmosphere with great service. This place is every bit as good as Carmine's. I liked the sangria as well. We'll definitely be back!

This is my 4th visit to this fine establishment. Today i took my father and 3 friends for a pre theatre brunch. Amazing. We had Salad, Burratta, Veal Piccata and Linguine with clams. All great. Plenty of food for 5 without wasting. A nice bottle of proseco too. Did I mention the Canoli and Brownie for Desert. Yes!!! Our waiter... More

We were very hungry and thought we needed 2 platters. We are a family of 4 with 2 teens. Tonys Chicken and Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken were more than enough and delicious! Plenty of leftovers. Be prepared that everything is a-la-carte and priced separately.

We met up here for a meal. 14 people. 4 children and 10 adults. We had prebooked and were then going on to central park after to watch the firework celebrations As expected it was extremely busy. We ordered our food. The waiter advised us that they were large portions and therefore we might prefer to share some of our... More

Our hotel, the Cassablanca, is right next door, so we could dine when we wished, without taxis, etc. Staff could describe every dish in detail, were attentive to our special needs, sensitive to our wishes. Food was divine, but not overpriced for Manhattan. Try the veal cutlet.

A chip off Carmines and only around the corner from Carmines on 43rd in Times Square. The food I have to say is very, very good. It's the same deal, one dish feeds several people so bring the family but I think the atmosphere is a tad bit nicer, in that its not quite as noisey as Carmines. It seems... More

Was recommended by someone at our hotel. It was close by to where we were staying. The food was excellent and the service was very good. We will definitely go on a return visit. Best meatballs I've ever had!

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
