It is one of the many small breakfast restaurants at Madison Ave. The food is fresh, on site prepared and affordable. Don't expect highlights, but a sound breakfast which you need in the morning.

The choices are good and prices reasonable but go early. Later in the day, they stop making some of the food and sometimes not enough staff.

There is a giant banner sign above Cafe CD that says "Under new management" so I'm assuming it must have been bad when it first opened. I was headed to the gym at W 33rd Street and Park Avenue and stopped in here for a quick lunch. It's a typical buffet place with selections for Japanese, Korean and Chinese food.... More

CD was one of our best finds recently. Great "Chinese" dishes standard to NYC eateries. We combined 2 meals at different times during one week. You better be early if you want the food really fresh. Highly recommended for a fast and easy food combination.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
