Yet another successful venture by Iron Chef, Bobby Flay. It is located near Broadway Theaters, so it's a great place to have dinner before or after a show. The menu is not as extensive as we had hoped, but verything we had was excellent. I'd definetly recommend this restaurant for Midtown visitors.i

A group of friends had a very expensive dinner before The Westminster Dog Show. When we made the reservation on Open Table, we did not know it was a fixed priced menu (appetizer, main course and dessert) for Valentine's Day. Food was good but way more than I wanted to eat before sitting at the Dog Show for four hours.

The food is delicious and pricey. The beef was prime cut and amazing with a spicy dipping sauce. The fish had a kick also. The shrimp and grits were tasty but the grits were too loose. Great food, but be prepared to pay a high price.

Located a few blocks from the heart of Times Square, we once again found ourselves at Flay's place. It has the signature southwest flair but not as much as his Mesa Grill location. The cornbread is excellent. The southwest ribeye is one of my favorites. It comes in a honey chipotle glaze and is just plain yummy. Best side I... More

Fabulous food & service. The lamb porterhouse chops with sweet potato gratin was outstanding. We heard the wedge salad with poached egg was yummy but it was not offered that night. We opted for the flat bread pizza appetizer and were not disappointed.

Dinner was excellent. My daughter had the filet, I had the rib eye, and my cousin had the lamb porterhouse. Dinner was excellent. Loved the creamed spinach and kale too. My daughter was a little disappointed that they could not make a virgin strawberry margarita but we could not find one anywhere in NYC!

My daughter and I ate here on Mother's Day and it was fabulous! The service was amazing and the food was to die! From soup to nuts we loved every single thing we ordered. A must order is the hot potato chips!

But.....It did not live up to my expectations. My steak was perfectly cooked, the house old fashioned was excellent and the weight staff was perfect. My hesitation for 5 stars is the cost. The restaurant is in line with what you would expect in NY with a premium on top of it given it’s celebrity chef backer. Again, everything was... More

My daughter and I had a fabulous dinner! We started with an escargot appetizer which was great. Even the bread was great. We both had steaks which were perfectly cooked. We had brussel sprouts that were an interesting presentation, very yummy! We were a table of two but, with the soaring ceilings, the space did not seem too loud or... More

The staff is just exceptional. I was unfortunate to have been presented a corked bottle of wine and there was no problem to have been given a new bottle. So gracious. Manager, Diamando commented it was "whoa, so corked!" which I appreciated later after enjoying a glass myself. Always a favorite of mine, I enjoyed bartenders David's recommendation of the... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
