But if a dive inside and the sort of place you’d walk past rather than into but the pizza is good here. Very Italian. The toilets are kind of gross and the place is unkempt so not sure I’d return. It’s also very smoky in...More

Our family spent over a week in NYC. During that time we ate pizza in at least 6 different locations. This was far and away the best pizza we had. The crust and amazingly fresh toppings were exceptional. There may be far fancier places to...More

We had 11 in our party, and they were able to seat us right away. After seating is the waiter informed us that they didn’t have a liquor license. We were hungry, so we stayed. Some in our party had salads, both were good. We...More

I have been at lunch in this pizzeria although it is generally more crowded at dinner. Anyway only perceiving the smell coming from the oven I realized that the pizza would have been wonderful. They brought a huge pizza, so they adapted the size of...More

Luzzo's was very close to our Air B&B apartment and we ate there twice during our weeks stay. The pizza was delicious and service was prompt and friendly. This is a great little neighborhood place.

Is there anything I don't love about this place? NO. The pizza never disappoints and the service is usually good unless they are swamped. The atmosphere is kinda quirky which I love; make sure to look up the ceiling :)

A friend told us about this pizzeria and said we must try it when visiting NYC so we did. We were not disappointed as their pizza is fabulous.

East Village
There’s still an independent vibe to the East Village,
which offers plenty of unique small businesses
catering to longtime New Yorkers and area college

old-time neighbourhood feel that you can still
experience today thanks to a mix of locally-owned
shops, cozy restaurants, and lively bars. The scale of
