Delicious food, in an interesting and worth seeing part of town. Visited late at night and there was lots of people around. Try the Mae Woon Dduk Boki, it is a gigantic portion filled with yummy veggies, eggs and noodles and comes with lots of...More

Upon being seated, I was guessing Kunjip must be Korean term for madhouse. The place was crazy-busy on a Friday night, servers were in fast-forward mode. However, our orders were taken promptly, food came out quicker than expected and everything was really good--we left satisfied....More

Pardon the pun. Seriously though, for Koreans this place is good home-cooking. You can tell because the specials menu is written in Korean and there are tons of Asians there. There are always a few non-Asian looking happy and excited at any given time of...More

Whenever I have chance to come K town for lunch, Kunjip is always my 1st choice if I can there before 12pm. Food is delicious and much cheaper than other Korean restaurants on 32nd street. They give us free appetizer since I am a regular...More

We got to Kunjip before the lunch rush, and watched the line stretch out the door. Mostly Korean customers who know where to find good home style dishes at reasonable prices. Pretty standard fare, with a few surprises, like the Kong Bi Ji soup--spicy broth...More
