We visit for the Sushi most often. However, Ninja offers a hibachi experience as well and it is quite enjoyable. Many items to choose from make their menu diverse enough for everyones taste buds!

4 very hungry guys looking for a good meal and all 4 of us had terrible meals. The scallops were slimy, the Super White was yellow, the spicy chicken was dry as jerky and the sushi rolls were not fit for man nor beast. Waiting for morning to see how many of us have food poisoning?! We hate chain restaurants... More

We used to visit this restaurant every time we attended the Shakespeare Festival. Not anymore... My husband ordered a "red zin" and pointed to the menu to ensure his choice was correctly heard, but what he was given was pink (white zin). When we complained, the waitress blamed the error on the menu and would not get him the right... More

Japanese is not my favorite food, but we were in a party of people who love sushi. Now, I'm a believer. I played it safe with a Cedar Roll which I thought was fantastic. Those in our group who were more experienced, voted for the raw fish types. All in all, it was a great experience. The environment was good... More

Their sushi is absolutely amazing! Our favorites are the French Kiss, the Cedar Roll, and the Phoenix, although I haven't tried a roll yet there that I didn't like. Their chicken yakisoba is delicious. The service is great.

We went for sushi and tried several of the happy hour rolls. They were all very good. The teriyaki salmon wasn't the best we had but still good. Miso was very good. Gyoza was very salty, or the sauce was. Not the sauce we're used to for potstickers. Veggie tempura was ok. Overall is was a very good experience and... More

It's a little hard to find, but worth loading it into my GPS. The food is excellent and the staff if great. I ordered the filet and chicken, it was perfect. Others had the seafood and they loved it. If you find yourself in Cedar City it's a great stop. They even have Wine and Beer.

Wow surprising great find, we love Japanese and know quality when we get it. Our server was great, very accommodating. My son said the miso was awesome. We had the dragon roll and tsunami roll - both were delicious. We tried the sparkling cold sake- very refreshing.

This is a teppan yaki, "Benihana" style of place, but we were there for sushi. The agedashi dofu (fried tofu) was mediocre. The gyoza and miso were top shelf, though. Very good. The sushi was okay.
