We did have a 30 -35 minutes wait in line, but everyone in-line was positive. Lots of families going through. When we got to our order, it was filled quickly and accurately. The cashier suggested we use the Rio app to start adding food points. Thanks. There was a young man constantly sweeping and cleaning the restaurant. It was clean... More

You know it's a chain, but it provides a reliable healthy (if you order right!) meal. Located in the Providence Center where there are a lot of reliable other chain stores to fit a traveler's as well as a local's needs.

We stopped here while on vacation. The service was good, the food was really good, and the price was affordable. There were lots of options with the various entrees, so that was helpful with our varied tastes.

We have been Cafe Rio a few times and found the service is decent but not this time. The ordering process was quite slow and tested my patience. The food was good but not great. The experience left me wishing, we had gone elsewhere for dinner.

Another sorry meal at cafe rio. I ordered a grilled chicken burrito. I got a rice and black bean burrito. I haven't found 1 piece of chicken yet. You know I paid for it. I live here in cedar city and I will tell and show all of my clients here in town to quit going to your place. I... More

To be fair, we went there rather late in the evening. The group we went with raved about the food and voted to go there for dinner My husband and I thought it was OK but would not go out of our way to eat there again. What did bother me was that the place was a mess. The floor... More

Since this is a chain restaurant, the food is normally going to be same. Either you like the food or you don't. 3 stars is because the new spicy pork is delicious. I writing about how filthy this place is. Everywhere I looked was dirty, from the tables, floors, windows, bathroom, outside patio....etc...etc. Saying all that, how bad is the... More

We don't have Cafe Rio in MN and I love it! It is a must stop in UT. They have great food. It's also great that it is served cafeteria style. Love the homemade tortillas. I was disappointed they were out of chile rellenos at 6:00 p,m. But oh well, the other food is good too.

We managed to get Cafe Rio twice in our week long visit to neighboring Brian Head. It's worth the hour drive. The portions are big so my daughter (age 12) and I shared a salad (one time we got the pork and one time we got the fire grilled chicken) and my husband and son (age 8) shared a burrito.... More
