Pauly's has been in operation for many years. Can't beat the daily specials for soup and salads. Chef's seafood soups are as good as you can get and the variety is incredible. Very popular with locals and tourist.

I stopped by Pauly's Cafe for lunch recently and found that I had come to a restaurant with very good food. I ordered two of the specials for the day, the paella soup and shrimp scampi. The soup seemed to me to have an odd name, but it did contain many of the flavors of paella. It was a good... More

Been here before and the food was great. Tonight tasted like prepackaged and reheated. So disappointed. They need to go back to how they used to do things.

Love this little spot hidden in downtown Saint Mary's. Great food, friendly staff, and pet friendly!

We thought we were going to Pauly's Cafe that offered smoked wings and bar-b-que. The tiki bar had not opened but the sign said eat indoors or out. We went inside and Pauly's menu is completely different. It was confusing. Inside restaurant is all Italian and subs. Our table ordered two of the cheesesteak sandwiches, a grilled chicken sandwich, and... More

Pauly's is part Tiki Bar on the outside and an Italian Restaurant on the inside. The evening we were there a young woman was preparing BBQ and marinated pork which smelled and tasted delicious. The interior is small but service is cheerful and the food is just fine.

Not sure how anyone can make crab stuffed mushrooms revolting but this place did. Service was ok. Some of the people in our large group enjoyed their meals but the food didn't look appetizing. Great place to sit outside for a drink.

Service was good and so was the food but the AC vents above the tables were filthy? Beyond gross. I wonder how dirty the places we couldn't see were.

We checked out the waterfront in St Mary's after traveling most of the day to find the Cumberland Island National Seashore Visitor Center. Pauly's was very convenient to where we were. It's inside dining room was small( maybe tiny), but very cute and cozy. And the food was fabulous! Not a chain restaurant - a local.
