Can't say enough... Wonderful and magical. Christmas decorations were great and the hotel itself is beautifully restored. The food was excellent. We went for brunch. The staff was very accommodating as it was our 25 th wedding anniversary. There is a lovely shop inside where we made some purchases. Santa and Mrs Clause were there as well as live music.... More

Our friend Francoise is so lovely she always remembers us and makes a point to come over and make sure the food and service are manifique! My husband and I have been back again and again and even our teenage twins... More

So enjoyed The Shoppe and all of their unique gifts and novelties. Got a lot of Christmas shopping done there! After that we dined at the 1741 on the Terrace and the food was absolutely incredible! Melted in your mouth and thought about it for days after! Prior to eating we had some drinks at the bar and watched a... More

I am a vegetarian and the veggie dish was wonderfully tasty. Our server was excited to tell us about the history of the place as well as point out other places of interest. Good food. Good service

We went for a birthday celebration during the annual Celtic festival. There are 2 restaurants in the historic Bethlehem Hotel, the bar and 1741. Needless to say it was rocking in the hotel and I thought it was going to be noisy in the restaurant. I was wrong you could here a young lady playing nice Irish music in the... More

be careful. Had my wife's birthday dinner there and although the food was "to die for" the complimentary dessert was NOT. It was supposed to be free but we were charged for it ($9) and despite not questioning it (our fault) we paid on that too. My wife had the Bronzini and I had the Mahi Mahi (portion was too... More

We were taken to the restaurant in the historic Hotel Bethlehem in Bethlehem Pennsylvania and had s great meal. Them menu was limited as it was Sunday but all of the four selections were excellent. While there the friends we were with fave us the history of this great city. Visit here sometime and have dinner at the hotel.

Hi All, Nancy and I had the pleasure of once again dining at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem's 1741 Terrace. As usual, Dennis Costello, general manager, had our reservation and table waiting for us. He reserved our favorite table and of course Rob Herstich, restaurant supervisor, made sure that our table was ready for us. He helped make the evening a... More

Classy, beautiful and historic restaurant. Notice the Moravian tile floors. Enjoy the floor to ceiling windows. All the food was artfully presented and delicious. Service was a bit slow and always a beat behind (ex: bread w no butter, dessert but no coffee yet) which was surprising with the wait captain. For the price, they should really excel at better... We were there for our anniversary and we were given a complimentary glass of champagne which was lovely. It is a beautiful restaurant. The tiles, windows, and chandeliers are beautiful. The staff was wonderful. Our server was friendly and professional. He knew his menu and wines. The food was delicious and prepared well but given the fact that this was... More
