We haven't been to Bolete for some time, due to many reasons mostly travel. Nothing has changed from the wonderful Greyhound cocktail to the best Butterscotch Pudding and everything in between. Great Job Bolete thanks for a wonderful dinner.

Call it a product of the internet generation, but in order to find a unique place for an anniversary dinner, I let the social media pick the place based on reviews. Bolete came back the undeniable winner. We meandered our way to Bolete from Bucks County to find a cozy setting with creaky floors and deep windows of an old... More

I was told that Bolete was a fine dining restaurant. I went with a group of people for a work related dinner. The appetizers (mostly shellfish) were ok. The main course was good. I had a roasted chicken breast (itwas ok) which had (I believe) shredded spaghetti squash underneath. I was having a hard time distinguishing what was what with... More

My husband and I love coming here...either for a romantic date just the two of us or for a double date with friends/family. They have some fun drinks to try on their menu and the food is always fabulous and fresh. We love their oysters! We get them every time we are there. We also have had their scallop entree... More

The inside of this converted original stage coach stop is very warm and cozy. The area where we were seated shared the room with the bar, at first it was lovely and quiet, but around 8pm the bar started filling up and it became unpleasantly loud. There was another dining area and in the future I would request sitting in... More

Was once Bethlehem's premier dining location. Good food and great service. Sadly, service has declined as has the quality of food. It seems once word spread of this tiny hidden gem they stopped trying to woo their guests. I have been coming here for years, and each time it feels less and less special. During my most recent visit, it... More

Superb restaurant in an old inn just shy of Bethlehem. On entering I was given the option of the dining room or tavern, which both serve the same menu. There's about 10 seats available for walk-ins at the bar (a place I could see myself frequently). The first courses ranged in size from shared plates to individual sizes. I suggest... More

We have been to Bolete many times for brunch and always very good. Always look forward to their tuna tartare which they do different every week. Dave had their soup of the day (squash) I believe it was and their salad which he loves. I had their tuna tartare and their eggs B again both wonderful. They do have a... More

We drove two hours to meet friends and have Sunday brunch at Bolete. It was well worth the drive! The food was delightful--delicious and perfectly prepared and presented! The decor was eclectic and nice, and we were just pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. We hope to be back! Also, it was my husband's birthday, and they put a candle... More

Words can't describe this cozy resturant. The service is amazing, the food and drinks are the best I've ever had, and the atmosphere is intimate. You pay for the quality of your experience so I'd recommend making it a special occasion!
