During our stay, we enjoyed a lunch at the Tap Room on a Friday. Our server was polite and meals were perfect. We noted that the Tap Room was continuously busy throughout the weekend. A popular spot. The Hotel Bethlehem is gorgeously decorated for the Christmas holiday - it makes everything festive and grand.

We did not stay at the hotel Bethlehem but was walking looking in the shops. We all had hamburgers. They were tasty although one was a bit over cooked. The bar in the restaurant was extremely busy. The decorations during Christmas time and the self guided tour was great. I definitely recommend it.

We had dinner in town and were staying at the Hotel Bethlehem so we decided to have a few night caps at the bar. The crowds and the noise made it hard to hear what each other was saying. We really wanted a quiet romantic few drinks but that was not the case. Mixed crowd of all ages. We enjoyed... More

Visiting family in Bethlehem and had a wonderful dinner in this beautiful hotel. Donna was our server and was fantastic. We all tried something different and everything was wonderful. Please go if you have a chance...you won't be disappointed.

Historic Hotel Bethlehem was bustling on this fall Saturday evening and we were glad to get a table for four at 7:30 for an impromptu get together. This is a fun place to gather with a comprehensive wine and beer list along with a tempting array of mixed drinks. Our group included a vegetarian who was very pleased with his... More

Beautiful décor and the waiters were very informed about the food and drink. A quiet table near a window provided a lovely setting. We were able to enjoy watching the people walking by and greeting others along the way. A lovely place to relax and enjoy a a summer afternoon without being rushed. Highly recommend this eating place.

First of all, the hotel seems lovely. We only visited the Tap Room but the decor and atmosphere was very nice. The waitress was lovely, friendly and attentive. However, the lunch was awful for the most part. We took my parents there for their 62nd wedding anniversary, a spontaneous day trip from NJ because we heard Bethlehem was a beautiful... More
