As we were married in the Hotel Bethlehem 8 years ago, we make an annual pilgrimage to the Hotel Bethlehem to either have dinner or a drink. On our wedding day, one of our servers was Bob Sweeny. Bob is truly a pillar at the Hotel Bethlehem. Every year we are lucky enough to see him and be waited on... More

Lovely place has a lot of history and tasty food. Can't go wrong with grilled cheese sandwich and French fries for $5.50

Made reservation for NYD brunch early in December and checked on it in person when shopping at gift shop 3 days before Christmas. All seemed well-time and number in party correct. Arrived at reservation time, and was greeted with, "We can't find your reservation." Very upsetting with party of 8 in tow. Hostess finally found a reservation for our size... More

Everything about Hotel Bethlehem is wonderful, including the tap room. We had a lovely meal here, served by friendly professional waitstaff. The atmosphere was so beautiful.

We were there a few days ago for lunch with our young children. The restaurant was lively and had a very festive atmosphere.Everything we ordered was very good and portions were sizeable. We enjoyed-the macaroni and cheese, calamari, asparagus soup and beet salad. The tiramasu drink was perfect for a holiday cocktail. Luckily we made reservations as the restaurant was booked.... More

I had dinner at the Tap Room at Hotel Bethlehem in June 2016 and again on Monday, December 26th. Both times it was a party of 4. The atmosphere is nice and on Monday it was well decorated for the season. The speaking volume can get loud when the place is full and is not always easy hearing someone talk... More

We arrived in Bethlehem for at 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 27 and couldn't find any restaurant with less than a 45-minute wait, then we went to the Tap Room. They seated us immediately in a lovely table for two in front of the window. With a bird's eye view of street and surrounded by beautiful holiday decorations, we enjoyed a... More

Mom and I spent 5 nights at the Historic Bethlehem Hotel during Christmas and had many Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners here. I could not have asked for better service. Food was good and reasonably priced for the holiday season, but reservations are a MUST!!, as it is a small restaurant.

Returned yet again for one of many visits at Christmas time to view the beautiful hotel decorations and dine in the Tap Room. This is an annual tradition and there are many visits to the Tap Room throughout the rest of the year. On this particular Thursday evening visit 10 days before Christmas, unfortunately, the experience was sub-par. First, it... More
