After 2 hours wandering the museum, we rested our feet at the Garden Restaurant. The chopped salad was huge, and loaded with veggies not typical in such a salad (green beans, corn, Garbanzos). My partner ordered steel-cut oatmeal. An unusual offering for an afternoon menu,...More

The perfect way to finish off a morning at the gallery. The service was pleasant, the food well presented. This was a refined way to finish the visit.

Atmosphere very pleasant. Salmon was excellent. Greek yogurt had too much yogurt (two times too much) and not enough topping, so don't order that. Decent wines at reasonable prices.

Enjoy a pleasant lunch before or after your visit to the Barnes Museum. Well-lit, comfortable seating, low noise level in an artistic setting. Menu choices ample and server explains favorites. Chose a cheese grill with frites. Just right for a light lunch.

This restaurant offered choices of both lunch-type foods and more substantial entrees. Be advised, the chopped salad is huge!!! The crab fondue was absolutely delicious and could make a lunch for one or appy for 2-3.

The food was really great, but what made the experience memorable was Jess. She helped us navigate a rather surprisingly fancy menu. Lots of vegetarian options. I swapped fries for roasted green beans to make my Croque Provincal (that's elaborate talk meaning grilled cheese) a...More

Definitely worth a visit, at least once. You have to make reservations for a day and time. It's worth the $20 for valet parking, since the Museum is in the middle of downtown Philadelphia. Really good coffee bar and lovely garden restaurant. The collection rooms...More

Reservations are not accepted, however, being seated rarely requires more than a few minutes wait. I prefer to be seated by the windows, wait for a table if necessary, and, even then have always been seated promptly. I... More
