We have eaten at a number of very fine restaurants in the same price range ($135 or more per person) and while this was very good, we didn't experience a single "wow" moment. There was one item - Hamachi Ribbons that was close but, still not there. The restaurant is very chic. The wait staff is super. We were interested... More

Excellent meal with great sushi and some very interesting additional items which are not usually on the menu at a sushi restaurant.

My wife and I love sashimi. Additionally, we were big fans of Iron Chef. So for a special occasion we splurged big for a meal with the master. Morimoto's did not disappoint. We sat at the sushi bar for the full experience and to enjoy the talented chefs. I believe we had every available option of raw fish. Who knew... More

My food was delicious and so fresh. Sushi and sashimi were perfection. The miso soup the best I've had, with large lovely slices of tofu floating in a large bowl. The endamame appetizer was huge and sharable. And the green tea soba noodles with dipping sauce filled up the rest of the space I had for food. A totally satisfying... More

We had a wonderful lunch here during the holidays. The food, drinks and service are just as good as the first time we ate here many years ago. If you have not tried the spicy king crab app, you are missing out on something very special.

I have had mixed feelings about Morimoto in the past. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've visited this location over half a dozen years. When on previous visits, I've sampled the chef's more experimental entrees, I have found them silly, sometimes doused in overly sweet sauces, and thoroughly disappointing. This time I went for a purist sampling. Green... More

This was the second Morimoto I have been to. The bar is awesome, great drinks! The food itself isn't as good as the Mexico City location. It is still very good, but also very expensive.

I would eat a Morimoto's a few times a year until a couple years ago. The menu grew stale and the omakase was always the same. After more than a two year break we tried it again. I ordered the seasonal omakase and it was completely different from previous visits and my wife ordered the traditional omakase and it too... More

A delightful meal under the guidance of the staff. It was busy but not so loud that the group of us could not have a conversation. Will return now that I know more about the menu.
