Dined at the KOP location yesterday. I wanted to love this place... seemed like Chef Art Smiths type of place. Ordered the chicken and waffles. They left a lot to be desired. My gf had the fries chicken sandwich she said it was only Okay....More

The menu is small, and I didn't really see anything truly appetizing. So we moved over to the bar for a couple of cocktails. Excellent whiskey selection and a nicely crafted cocktail (the Stars Fell on Alabama one). This review is for their restaurant at...More

My wife & I decided to have an early supper on a Friday night at Fat Ham’s. The restaurant was busy, along with the bar, but we thought it was just ok. We did not care for the soup selection, squash soup or a couple...More

I went to The Fat Ham for Brunch today. It was at the new location in the King of Prussia Mall. The location of the restaurant is in their food court. Although it was sectioned off nicely, it did afford you the opportunity to "people...More

Very small place I highly recommend reservations. This is my second time here in about a month. The hot chicken was delicious very moist, definitely but not overwhelming that you couldn't take the flavors. The sides are excellent mac and cheese, collards, and skillet corn...More

Went here on a hunch that the food would be up our alley and it wasn't a disappointment. The place is bright and cheery with a modern open bar feel, and the service was super-friendly and helpful (Our waitress offered her own local favorites on...More

The hot fried chicken was great and perfectly cooked. Heat level was just barely within my pain tolerance, and I eat jalapenos as candy, so make sure you know what you are doing when you order this. I found portion sizes surprisingly small. Everything else...More

We tried the new location at KOP having heard great things about the Philly location. The restaurant is small and very open but there is table service which is nice in a mall setting. Service was good. Menu is very limited and if you want...More

I tried the new location at KOP on Sunday, 9-25-16, for dinner. Unlike the Philly location, KOP does not have the signature cornbread. And the baked macaroni tasted like it came out of a box! The Hot Chicken was just that: hot. It absolutely had...More

Located in Philadelphia's University City neighborhood, The Fat Ham is a pork-centric restaurant drawing inspiration from Southern country cooking by Chef Kevin Sbraga. The Fat Ham's menu showcases Chef Sbraga's interpretation of Southern ingredients, cuisine, and culinary traditions. The cocktail menu brings the spirit of the South to the glass with seasonal specialty cocktails featuring a selection of over 120 different bourbons and whiskeys. The space evokes the rustic look and feel of a countryside home with an eclectic collection of glasses, tableware, chairs, and artwork. Chef Sbraga was the winner of Bravo's seventh season of "Top Chef" and received the award for "Best Meat Presentation" in the 2008 Bocuse d'Or USA culinary competition. His eponymous restaurant, Sbraga, has been recognized by Esquire magazine as a "Best New Restaurant" and as one of Philadelphia magazine's "Best Restaurants of 2013."
