Looks humble but the sushi is terrific. Jersey roll is great and the Jorge roll is awesome. Seaweed salad is good. No alcohol though, strange.

Love this place...super fresh! Great rolls, fast and courteous service if you are lucky enough to get a table. Take out might be your best option on the weekends. The chef always give you an "extra" sample to keep you coming back for more. BYOB and loud when the dining room is full.

This is the best restaurant in the world!!!! Decorated with post-it's, byob, amazing sushi and great service. Come early or be prepared to get trampled for a table.

A little gem in town. In general, I travel to the city and neighboring towns to partake of sushi. Well this time, when the craving hit I decided to try this little local place in town and I fell in love. The servers are very friendly and attentive. They have a great selection of innovative rolls. Imagine my surprise when... More

Sushi , sashimi and rolls and done well and delicious. Crowded especially at night and weekend. Mr. Kim always gives out food on the house with order. Great tea free , salad and soup free with order.

Delicious sushi, shrimp tempura so good. Definitely recommend. We went at the end of the night before closing so yeah probably that's why the bathroom was not very clean, super tiny, water everywhere.

When you look at their building, it doesn't look special at all, but their parking lot was full, and so was the restaurant. The sushi was wonderful, and the chefs very creative - I had never seen blow torches used in a sushi restaurant before. I had 3 different rolls, and they were all delicious. I will definitely go back.

I've been going to Kim's Sushi since it first opened. I was hoping it was good because West Orange definitely lacks good restaurants. Not only was I surprised with how good it was, but I am convinced its the best sushi in all of NJ and willing to bet most of Manhattan. Love the place.

We do not eat sushi very often but when we do go out to eat we go to Kim's. It's always fresh and always delicious. It's a little pricey but honestly I do not mind if we continue to get the quality that is always served to us. We go there with our daughter too and they have a really... More
