This is an unassuming little restaurant in a strip mall. The food is lovingly made one dish at a time in a small kitchen (you can see her cooking it). The food, tea, service are all fantastic. I had a vegetarian sampler, my friend a shrimp dish. They were both flavorful and very filling. Order the Ethiopian tea, it's amazing.... More

Tried this place out with a group and had fabulous food and explanations from the staff on the dishes and culture!

I came for dinner on a Monday so it was pretty empty. Making a solo trip, this was definitely adventure since the plaza this place is in is less than stellar. The server was nice but he needs to watch being too hands off. I ordered the chicken tibs with misir wat and collards. It took about 20 minutes for... More

Food was really good! Its the only Ethiopian restaurant I have ever visited so I can't compare to any others or verify if it's authentic or not. But the food was delicious! Service was a bit slow but very friendly.

If you want to have a different dining experience this is the place. The food was great and server was. Very helpful in building us threw the menu. If... More

So it's not the fanciest place in town. Wife is a vegetarian. Ethiopian offers many vegetarian dishes so we thought we'd try this place out. Food was good. Service was different. When we walked in we there was one other table of 2 eating. We had a party of 8. They put tables together for us, gave us menu's, and... More

Our new restaurant for February was inspired by a landlocked country in the Horn of Africa (and by restaurant.com because I purchased a $25 certificate). The outside of the restaurant, which is located in a strip mall, is pretty plain. The inside is decorated to some extent. But what it looks like is not why we go to a place.... More

Excellent Vegetarian platter. No atmosphere, not fancy but good food. Be prepared to eat with your fingers using their special bread (high in iron & fiber and gluten free). It has a spongy texture so not what I was used to, however the food was good. Small, simple place. Food not expensive. Food not spicy, unless you ask for their... More
